Guided/Group Rides

We here at RIDEWITHDCS.com offer many different group/individual, guided rides through out the Temecula/Murrieta Valley and North County San Diego areas!

All rides are MTB and are complimentary (except for Ride around the Lake is a road ride) Times above are actual start times. Please get there early if need be to suit up. All rides require a helmet, water and safe clothing. Riders ride at there own responsibility and assume all risk.

 

Ride details.

Santa Rosa Plateau: Ride is a light to moderate paced 1 1/2 hr. ride through the meadows and outlying single track. Mostly rolling terrain with a few small climbs. Meet at dirt parking lot before visitors center on same side of road 5:15pm – 5:30pm. Ride starts at 5:30pm sharp!

Sycamore Canyon: Ride is a moderate to strenuous paced 2 – 2 1/2 hr. ride consisting of good fire road climbs, fun, technical single track descents and the ever popular “Mini Moab” section! Meet either 7:00 am here at the shop and car pool to the trail head or meet 8:00 am at the parking lot of Jenson USA just off the 215 frwy before the 60 frwy.

Menifee Dog Park: Ride will be a moderate to strenuous 1 1/2 hr. ride through and around the hills of Menifee. Mostly fire roads with some single track and pavement. This will be more of a fitness ride but a fun change of pace. Meet at the shop here 5:15 – 5:30 pm. Ride starts at 5:30 pm sharp!

San Juan Trail: Ride is a shuttled 2 1/2 – 3 hr descend down the Santa Ana mountains into Orange County. This is a very technical ride with fast, flowing single track, rock gardens and minimal climbing. Not for the timid, this is an aggressive, long adventure through beautiful country with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean and south OC. Meet at the AMPM on Bundy Canyon Rd/I-15 Frwy at 7:30am then carpool to the trail head. Lot’s of shuttle/transporting time to get set up but ride is an 11.5 mile of mountain biking bliss

Ride of Silence: Ride is a memorial ride for those who have lost there lives while riding a bike. Very slow paced 1 – 1/2 hr ride from Old Town Temecula to Old Town Murrieta. (any bike will do, road, MTB etc). Meet 6:45 pm at Temecula City Hall 41000 Main Street PO Box 9033 Temecula CA 92589-. Ride starts at 7:00 pm sharp!

Ride around the Lake/Big Bear: Ride is a light to moderate 1 1/2 hr. road ride (mountain bikes OK) around the entire Big Bear Lake. Terrain is mostly flat with a few short bumps. The ride will be fun and easy in celebration of the Tour of California Big Bear stage. After the ride we will enjoy all the festivities of the Tour and the race it’s self! Meet 10:00 am at the corner of Summit Blvd. and Big Bear Blvd. at the 7-11 convenience store. Ride starts at 10:15 am sharp!

Big Bear/Snow Summit XC: Ride is a moderate to strenuous 2 – 2 1/2 hr. ride up and around the Snow Summit resort. This ride will consist of long, tough, fire road climbs and fun, fast, tight, technical single track descents. Beautiful vistas, lush forest this is a true mountain bike ride! Meet at the base of Snow Summit (parking lot) 9:00 am. Ride starts at 9:15 am sharp!

Sports Park/Hogs Back: Ride is a moderate to strenuous paced 1 1/2-2 hr. ride through the hills in and around the Los Alamos Hills Sports Park and Murrieta Hog’s Back. A combination of single track, fire roads and some pavement (approx 10%) with technical sections and a few nice climbs. A fun but challenging ride in the heart of Murrieta. Meet at the Los Alamos Hills Sport’s Park (just north of Los Alamos Rd/Whitewood) 5:15pm -5:30pm. Ride starts at 5:30 sharp! Big Laguna Trail: Details coming soon.

Nursery/Farm: Ride is a moderate to strenuous paced 1 1/2 hr. ride through rough terrain and technical single track. Climbs are moderate fire roads, the single track is tight, technical and some times rocky. This is not a beginner ride! Super fun ride close to home. Meet at Keller Rd and the 215 frwy  just past the bridge on the frontage road next to open fields at 5:15pm – 5:30pm. PRIVATE GUIDED GROUP RIDES (mountain and road)

A. Guided Mountain Bike or Road rides can be individual or groups of 2 or more. Snacks and beverages will be provided for rides over 2 hours.

B. Rates start at $20.00 per person for the first hour and $10.00 every hour there after.

C. Bicycle transportation available  ( fees vary)

D. Book a ride of 3 hours or more and receive a FREE GEAR and BRAKE ADJUSTMENT!!!
